Length of time a request stays in "Pending" status (Lauren)
Suggested to shorten “Need by date” from 30 days to 15-20
days After 30 days moves to “Expired” status
There is also a “Process by” time period for each library range
5-10 days SUNLINE = 7, Tampa = 10, Pinellas Park=5, Palm
Harbor = 5, Sarasota = 7
OCLC 3days x 5 library max = 15 days
Check incoming request and provisional folders daily
Do not sit on a request – look for it, if can supply it set Alleycat
