Disappearing Operators

We have had some reports of disappearing operators and people appearing to be alone on the Collaborative Desk. We have been trying to troubleshoot this problem and figure out what is happening. Please be patient while we work this out. If you look at the Collaborative Desk on the active users drop down menu you will see the number of operators listed, but the names that appear will probably not be correct. It is a little confusing right now and we apologize. We will keep you updated on this issue.

Yes, I saw this when I came in at 3:00. I and some other scheduled operators, Paula, Michelle and Eric, were listed in All Online Operators, but no on the Collaborative Desk. I was still able to take a question. Then at about 3:30 the problem went away and the CD list was correct.
