June Statistics Now Available!

Ask a Librarian remains busy this summer.   We had a 16% increase live chat session from the previous June and a 5.1% increase from last month.

Further, in June over 67% of sessions came through a link on another web page – showing linking with logos and widgets persistently really does make a difference.

March Statistics

WOW! We were busy in March.  Ask a Librarian had a high of 5,451 chat and email sessions.    Use was up on local desks, the academic desk, and the main collaborative desk.
