Teen Art Contest

Monday, June 2 thru Friday, August 1. (Ages 13 - 17) The purpose of the contest is to provide art work for the brand new teen room that will be a part of the libraries expansion. Contest rules and entry form can be found @ the library or on the library website. www.tblc.org/shpl/

The four categories of art work to choose from:

1) Paintings, (Oil/Watercolors)
2) Drawings (charcoal, pastels, pen & ink)
3) Photography
4) Graphic Design.

Submission dates will be Friday, July 25 through Friday, August 1.

Teen Summer Reading Program

Monday, June 9 through Saturday, July 26. Fill out forms in the library with your summer reading titles, and enter drawing for prizes. Five winners for $10.00 gift certificates to Borders, Office Depot, Target, Starbucks and Chick-fil-A will be drawn on Monday, July 28. Winners will be notified by phone.

Name the "Teen Room" Contest:

Help us select a name for our new teen area! Contest begins Tuesday, July 1 through Friday, August 9. Fill out a form and place in the box. Winner will receive a gift certificate to Sports Authority for $75.00.
