Mental Help Net.  Now lists over  7,000 individual resources which are divided among disorder, online books,  Internet mailing lists and forums, services (including credentials check) mini sites on topics such as personality disorders or bi-polar disorder, a reading room and resources for the mental health professional. 

Psych Central  "A one stop  index for psychology, support, and mental health issues, resources, and people on the Internet."  The heart of this site is a directory of psychological web sites, including sites on specific disorders. Also has pointers for news groups and mailing list support groups and includes book reviews.

Here can be found detailed information about 52 of the most common mental disorders including descriptions, diagnosis, treatment and research findings;  67 of the most common psychiatric drugs; online diagnois of mood disorders, anxiety disorders, schizophrenia, eating disorders, personality disorders, and substance abuse disorders; an online magazine and links to other Internet metnal health sites.

Online Psych Self described as "the single  largest online community  where people gather for
 mental health information and  support. They offer "comprehensive resources on
 websites, treatment providers  (more than 85,000), books, interactive tests, and more!" Has forums on ADD, addiction, depression, domestic abuse, etc.

The World Wide Web Virtual Library Psychology. Among the links listed here are sources for notable psychologists and the history of psychology.National Alliance for the Mentally Ill.  The nonprofit advocacy group's web site includes news and information, medical research notes, fact sheets and links to other sources.
