TBLC also brokers discounts to electronic resources through group purchase opportunities to member libraries. TBLC's robust technology infrastructure creates many service opportunities for member libraries, staff, and the broader library community. The technology plan is required by the E-Rate program which provides significant telecommunications discounts to TBLC and the libraries that it provides with network services.
