Teleconferences

TBLC has a group license from the College of DuPage for their "Soaring to Excellence" and "Dancing with Change" teleconference series. These teleconferences address such topics as customer service, technology, and change in our modern libraries. ALA presents additional teleconferences on topics of interest to libraries.
