The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly...Dealing with Difficult Behaviors and the Conflict they Sometimes Cause

In this session, we will study four of the behaviors we all try to avoid – tanks, snipers, whiners, and grenades. We’ll find out why they do what they do and how we should – or shouldn’t – react to them. How can we communicate with them more effectively?

And in case conflict creeps onto the scene, we will learn how to be an example to others, as well as specific tips on how to help others deal with conflict.
